How can I book my stay?

What are your booking and cancellation conditions?
When you make your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% for pitches and rentals, plus a booking fee (€15 for pitches and €30 for rentals) during high season. The balance for camping pitches is payable no later than the day of your arrival. The balance for rentals is payable one month in advance.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance in your home country to cover you in the event of family issues (illness, death, etc.) or if your country were to impose travel restrictions, lockdowns, or similar measures.
We will not be able to refund the deposit or any remaining holiday balances. Once a deposit or balance has been paid, it is non-refundable.
Do you offer travel cancellation insurance?
No, we do not offer cancellation insurance. It is your responsibility to arrange this with your bank or insurance provider. If you pay by credit card, cancellation insurance may already be included depending on your contract; your bank will be able to inform you. All amounts paid are non-refundable, which is why we strongly advise our clients to take out cancellation insurance to avoid potential issues in the event of a cancellation.
Can we choose our pitch, mobile home, or chalet when we make our online booking request?
It is not possible to choose a specific pitch, mobile home, or chalet number at the time of booking. However, when making your online booking request, you can indicate your wishes and preferences in the comments field provided.
What can be rented on the campsite?
Babybeds, sheets, towels, bikes and refrigerators, depending on availability.

What activities can I enjoy at Camping Le Petit Lac?
At Camping Le Petit Lac, you will have plenty of options to keep yourself entertained.
For younger guests, our new playground and inflatable castle (weather permitting) guarantee fun on site.
The campsite also offers a boules court, a pool table, and table football.
You can also enjoy our swimming pool, fully modernised in 2026 and now heated, making it the perfect place to relax.
Nearby, enjoy refreshing swims in the lake at Doussard beach, as well as the famous cycle path located right next to the campsite, perfect for cycling trips.
Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the scenic trails winding through the surrounding mountains.
For adventurers and sports enthusiasts, there are plenty of options: paragliding, canyoning, mountain biking, treetop adventure courses, paddleboarding, and more.
What types of accommodation do you offer?
We offer a variety of accommodations to suit different needs. You can choose from pitches for tents, caravans, motorhomes, or fully equipped rental accommodation such as mobile homes and chalets.
At what time can I check-in?
For camping pitches from 2PM and for rental accommodations from 5 PM.
Until what time can I check-out?
For camping pitches until noon and for rental accommodations until 10 AM.
What do I need to do in case I arrive after opening hours?
In case of late arrival, please contact the reception by telephone during opening hours.
Are dogs permitted on the campsite?
Yes (except for category 1 and 2 dogs), provided they are kept on a leash and up to date with their vaccinations. Dogs are allowed on camping pitches but are not permitted in mobile homes or chalets.
Are barbecues permitted on the campsite?
Charcoal and gas barbecues are allowed, and electric barbecues are permitted up to a maximum of 10A. Barbecues placed directly on the ground are strictly prohibited.
How many amps are the electric hook-ups?
The electrical have 10 Amp.
What do I need to provide for my stay at a camping pitch?
(Not provided): approximately 25m extension cord, adapter plug for the electric hookup, and wide tent pegs for hard ground. Arrival is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. On the last day, the pitch must be vacated by 12:00 PM at the latest.
Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English, Dutch and a little German and Spanish.
Can we put a little tent next to our mobile-home?
It is not allowed to pitch a tent on a mobile home pitch. You would need to rent a camping pitch.
What is the maximum number of people allowed on a camping pitch?
We accept maximum 6 persons (children included) on a camping pitch.
Is the campsite accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The toilets and swimming pool are accessible to people with reduced mobility. In addition, the campsite has one wheelchair-accessible mobile home.

How can the deposit for rentals be paid?
You can pay your deposit in cash or by pre-authorisation on your VISA or MASTERCARD.
Can I pay with French holiday vouchers (“chèques vacances”) or a VACAF voucher?
We only accept paper ANCV holiday vouchers (not ANCV Connect). VACAF vouchers are not accepted.

How far is the campsite from the lake?

How far is the campsite from the cycle path?
The cycle path is located right next to the campsite. You can cycle around the lake starting from the campsite, and bikes are available for hire on site. Please feel free to contact the reception for any additional information.
Are there any restaurants near the campsite?
Yes, there are several dining options near the campsite within walking distance, such as the restaurant at Camping Le Lac Bleu and the Sunset Beach restaurant.
